Very Insightful!
A fantastic book that helps you to recognise where your emotional blocks are and how you can work towards letting go and opening yourself to love. I would recommend this book to people who have a tendency to beat themselves up over past behaviours, have self sabotaging behaviours, or just want to open your mind and heart more to yourself and those around you.
I am now reading this for a second time over as there is a lot to take away from it. Happy reading!
