Product is Fine, but Useless
There is nothing wrong with the keyboard, the item is as-described and a good quality. The problem is that the design of the MSI GS65 Steal Thin series of laptops, including the Creator line, seals the keyboard behind a metal plate with 50+ plastic rivets you need to shave off to remove, effectively destroying the unit since that plate is structural. It's far and away easier to just buy a new palmrest section that comes with a new keyboard and then rebuild your laptop in that new palmrest. When you do rebuild it, make sure you shave off the plastic rivet underneath the folded keyboard ribbon cable, because that's the design flaw causing the keyboard to go bad. It presses onto the ribbon and cuts one of the traces, killing your Start, Enter, Space, and Alt keys in the process.
TL;DR: the keyboard alone is nigh-useless, buy a new palmrest+keyboard instead and save yourself the headache.
