The device worked okay, but the process to reload credit to the vzw account was misrepresented
1 of 1 found this helpful Prior to purchased I inquired how to add funds to the device and was told it was paid to the carrier. The device is only as good as the service and the instructions included with the product were visit a third party website to purchase a pin, which was not mentioned in the description or correspondence. Because the device is coupled to the service it is a bad feature of the product... they go hand in hand. The data connection has gone down twice for extended periods with no explanantion, although the signal is strong. Logging in to the device's service carrier's administration area for the account did not show any trouble, but it simply isn't working.

The manufacturer has stopped supporting this product, as a result some of it's features no longer work. Wifi connection unreliable.
Sounds really great when it works.
The software for windows is not able to access several features. The android app is more robust. After several weeks of tinkering, all of the sudden it stopped working with Music Services it had been working with. Finally the answer came when the manufacturer posted information it was no longer supported.
The wireless connection is totally unreliable. Drops, disconnects, skips.
I had an okay result connecting to with the ethernet port. Since the Included access to music services through HomeShare devices has been abandoned, it still works okay with DLNA server, but it is far less useful now.

Design flaw will cause failure in one month of use, no fix.
5 of 6 found this helpful Disaster, The plastic carafe cracks in a few weeks where it screws on to the pot, coffee leaks out slowly at first, then the spout inside the carafe breaks off and it's all over in a matter of a month. There is no way to get a replacement part to fix the problem. Bodum will not warranty. They discontinued because it's trash, trust me. I bought a new one on Ebay, save your money, you can't win with this.
