So glad I bought a Smeg mixer
Pros. Apart from looking beautiful this machine is so easy to use. It can start at a low speed which means there is less mess especially when using flour or icing sugar which can usually make a dust cloud when using a hand mixer. It is also easy to clean and keep looking smart. I have made some lovely cakes using the Smeg mixer. I don't usually like appliances on my work surfaces but I am proud to display this machine.
Cons. Nothing really. Perhaps a novice baker could use a recipe book with this but I find that my old recipes can be adapted without any problems.
