Looks good, but doesn't work.
2 of 2 found this helpful This product has only worked occasionally since the day I got it. I have had endless trouble with it, and regret that I bought it because it was recommended by a family member. That member had no trouble installing or using theirs, so I am not sure if I have a faulty product or if I am not installing or using it (three people have tried to make it work, without success).
I would like to return it, but not sure that I should be liable for the postage charges.
