Questionable reliability
It has fallen off the network a couple of times and required an undue amount of troubleshooting to get it back on. Not sure we are going to keep it.

Great except you have to hardwire it to scan.
I gave up on inkjets and decided to try laser since I just don't use color that much. This one works great except that I can NOT get it to scan wirelessly. The only way I get it to scan to my computer is by plugging it in by USB. I don't know if that's just the way it is or if I'm missing something. I also find the user guide instructions to differ from what actually happens on the machine. The menu on the machine is not easy to understand so I have spent hours bumbling around with it. It does report a weak network signal but I tried with my laptop and the printer in the same room as the router and it still didn't work. All that said, print quality is great. After two years the first toner cartridge is running out. That's a real benefit compared to inkjets.
