Ideal for the job.
1 of 1 found this helpful The mat is ideal for pre-fabricated metal garden beds of 900mm length X 300mm depth as it is of sufficient (in fact, perfect), width to ensure enough material is available to easily form a comfortable "return" around all sides of such beds. I anticipate it is unlikely any weeds or grass will be able to invade the beds from beneath them.

Perfect and far cheaper than OEM version (if they're still available, obviously).
Fitted perfectly and the old girl is far happier now she's had both the new filter element and the foam dust seal (latter is the object of this review), fitted.

Native birds are thriving on it!
Product was recommended to me by a mate who also feeds wild, carnivorous, native Australian birds. Until now, I have been dusting the food for the birds (including two different species of raptors), I feed with powdered dolomite, as was recommended to me, many years ago to help compensate for the lack of essential minerals, especially calcium. This product, despite the price, is, obviously far better for the well being of the birds and they, seemingly, absolutely love it, which indicates to me the manufacturer has thoroughly undertaken their research and is producing a quality product. Definitely, knowing as I now do, recommend this product as an absolute essential to anyone feeding native, carnivorous birds.
