Handy little bit of kit for my 1980 VW Westy campervan. Classic film on DVD for an evening's entertainment while pitched up at Filey. Bliss with this Philips portable DVD player. AA++

Give's you an Idea about what to expect.
The other Guy's write up slates this book and I can understand why. However ...........
I have Performance Portfolio books for the Volvo 1800, Porcshe 914, Porsche 912 & Karmann Ghia. Indeed they are OK as they are all based on motor journalist write ups of the time comparing such marques with their equivalent competitors. This is IMHO useful to know what to expect from your classic car of choice, {I've owned a Karmann Ghia along with a 912E and a 914/4}.
The relavent Portfolio books were of some support to my guardianship of such great cars but they were not the final word. Membership of a relavent owners club and workshop manuals are THE way to go.
Performance Portfolio books are OK to have on your bookshelf but not the last word in ownership.
Worth a punt? YES! But not exactly the numero uno book on your list.
