  There were roaches dead & alive in my box & not just the outer shipping box but the box the pedal was in & the pouch inside the box. They offered a refund if I sent back the pedal but that wouldn’t have solved anything. The box should have been checked before shipping. Luckily the item itself was fine but I normally keep the boxes and pouches for storage & possible resale which couldn’t be done. Pictures added of dead bugs in the box. Should have taken pictures of the living ones I had to kill.
