Not bright, decorative use only
1 of 1 found this helpful Despite the claimed 50W this bulb does not put out enough light to be useable for anything other than a daytime running lamp or decoration. The first photo is the original 55w halogen H3 bulb, the second is this bulb. Photos are in a flood beam driving light at a distance of approx. 17ft,Camera was in manual mode with same settings for each, it's really that dim, in fact worse in person.

Metal base too wide, does not fit Cibie 95
Does not fit in bulb holder of Cibie 95 fog light because the metal base of the bulb is too wide. Comparing it to Hella or Norma brand H2 bulbs it’s about a mm or 2 wider. Appeared to be well made other than that and probably could be modified to fit but Hella bulb fit without modification and produced best pattern
