  I appreciate the excellent customer service that I received. My first order was lost by the postal service. USPS tracking showed it moving back and forth between post offices in the Denver area, and it still hasn't made it to Arizona. I reported this to the seller, karsenkim2014. She refunded the amount of my purchase. I immediately reordered, and she expedited the second order so I got it in time to use it in a Halloween prop. It came today, and I'm very happy with the product. Thanks!

  Seller charged me for USPS Ground Advantage at $12.90 but shipped media mail the lowest shipping rate the USPS has plus this item does not qualify for media mail shipment and you only get a half bag of sawdust and if the seller put a photo of the actual bag you will receive, I would have never purchased this sawdust. Don't recommend this seller and misleading stock photo as well shipping since they shipped media mail. F-
