  My interaction with the seller was less than desirable. She appears to not have much customer service experience. I didn’t even open the package because it was delivered 2 days after the latest estimated delivery date, so I did not need it anymore. I know that the seller has no control over what postal service does, and it was not about that, it was about the interaction.
