A treasure found!
I had a copy of this book for eons and my copy was pristine. However, when I moved, I gave it to a friend...been looking for a copy of this for over 6 years. It has retro 70's patterns, but there is a crocheted aran style afghan that I wanted to remake as a wedding gift for a friend's daughter... thanks to this medium called ebay -- I found it on my 3rd search. The book I received is well loved and well used, but it is in a lot better shape than I thought it would be because of the description. There are wonderful toys one can make in this book with crochet and lovely tablecloths...obviously the sweaters and hats are very well dated, but the vintage tablecloths, shawls, and afgans are timeless.
