Sold! Only to be told later that the “reserve” was not met.
1/ That would only be fair if the “reserve” status had been listed at the time of bidding.
2/ An apology would go a long way considering it was your mistake.
3/ You might then offer the item to the person who rightly purchased it for reserve price?
