Unable to receive below 24 Mhz

The instructions in the listing are out of date. Several links go to a Chinese "not found" page. After several web searches I finally got the driver to load and got the VHF UHF to work but no HF.

Works great with my IC-706Mk2g

My previous Prolific chip cable was flakey. This one is rock solid. I’ve tried it with both Win7 and Win10 with good results.
