One of my favorite shows...
1 of 1 found this helpful In The F Word, Gordon Ramsay has amatuer chefs come in to his restaurant to prepare a dinner service for his customers. Each brigade is scored based on how many of the 50 customers pay for the three courses of their meal. Chef Ramsay demonstrates how to prepare each dish, so you can prepare them at home if you like. This show is very interesting and is probably the tamest of the shows he does. If he offends you in Hell's Kitchen or Kitchen Nightmares, you may give his a second chance with this one...

Canon EF 180mm f/3.5 L
3 of 3 found this helpful I also own the 100mm f/2.8 and the MPE-65 macro lenses from Canon. The 180mm, however, allows me to photograph insects without having to be so close to them that I scare them away. Very fast auto focus. The only draw back to this lens is it's weight. It is quite heavy, but if you typically shoot L series lenses, you are used to the weight. Overall, it has been a great addition to my collection.
