It works with you. Not against you.
1 of 1 found this helpful After 40 years of smoking, I was done. But I knew I needed help. I was done with the route of patches, gums, and lozenges. None of them worked for me. I only craved cigs more when I used them. I stumbled on the spray and it changed my life. (And no, I am not being dramatic!) I have been smoke-free for 9 months. Was it easy? Hell no. but this works.
