Easy fix. Fast free delievery.
Product works as described. Easy installation. Gray wires are both ground wires. Mark your wire colors before cutting them. My switch wires did not release, so I cut the red, green, brown wires and connected them with small wire nuts. 3 speed fan is back to being a 3 speed ceiling fan again. Cheap and easy fix. Fan maybe out of balance after installing of blades again. If this is the case, take blades off from opposite sides and switch their places. This worked for me, rather than using a balancing weight kit. The longer the fan rod length, the more sensitive the fan balancing is. Make sure the cap rating are exactly the same as the numbers on the existing cap. Mine were 5uf/5uf/5uf, even though the print on the older original cap had somewhat different markings.

Needed small size Makita battery for specific uses
I bought this 2AH battery because it is lightweight and smaller than the higher AH batteries from Makita. Fits all of my Makita Eco System tools. All of the Makita battery sizes have their sweet spot uses. I have 4 higher AH batteries, but wanted a lighter weight version for certain uses. The company I purchased this 2AH battery from gave 4 free shipping from Florida to AZ and was just about 45% less in price that HD for the same item. It did not come in the Makita clam shell package, but did come in a bag and looked brand new. It charged up in 20 minutes and works well on all of my Makita Eco System tools so far. It also has a battery gauge on it that works.

Standoff are pricy...but...
These plastic standoff's for Hayward Aqua Logic displays are over priced, but then so is Starbucks coffee every morning. The heat in AZ in the Summer is a killer on plastic and electronic items. Over time, these plastic standoff just get brittle and break if the user is not careful with his pool control boxes. Accessories are one of the places that companies charge a arm and a leg as they have to stock the product for customer needs. Are these a good value...no, but there is no alternative to making your control display stay on the main control board. You get 20 of them, with 4 used per time, so over time I guess it is not that bad of a value.
