Fair price for refurbished cartridges

DVD works, not sure about USB. More user documentation would be helpful.

I tried to use the USB build, and it just never finished. Some usage instructions and explanation could help. Eventually I deferred to the CD. The CD does not have the most recent build; it's a generic Windows 10 build which requires several days of downloading updates to get to the latest build.
