Man, I know the Fitbit Alta has ben discontinued but I don't know if that's the reason why these just don't work anymore! Yeah it looks brand new, but what is the point if this thing won't hold a charge for FIVE minutes? From the time I unplugged it from the charger to the time I was trying to sync it with my phone the battery was dead! Tried a couple time but the result was the same. I am glad item returns are a thing. Some other buyers claim that this Fitbit worked fine on them, make sure you read all reviews before buying.
