Beautiful words of wisdom that will make you feel better!
This wonderful little book was recommended to me during a mindfulness course. If you're feeling a bit 'less than', just let the book fall open at any page, read the simple words of wisdom and absorb them - you'll feel better immediately. I've purchased this book for many friends experiencing problems and most feel a benefit from reading it. I thoroughly recommend it to anyone needing a boost of confidence or just a few moments of self-love instead of negativity.
