Different connector pieces.
The connections is not the same. I took my unit apart only to find that the battery has a different connection. I specifically asked him and he said it was a replacement. I should not have to solder any thing for this to work. Totally unacceptable.

Aeron Casters - these worked well.
One of the original casters was missing. I replaced only the one and I cannot feel any difference in the feel of the way the chair rolls. I recommend.
