LIke new
Laptop was in very good condition, would not know it was used if I had not been told. Ran diagnostics and everything passed. Received within reasonable time. Several things I have found I don't like about the T460s but the seller is not responsible for that.

Forever Fingerprints
I use this book in therapy sessions with adopted children and their parents. The book focuses on how the child is upset over not being "born" to her adoptive parents and wondering why her birth mother did not keep her. It addresses how her fingerprints were created while she was in her mother's womb and makes her unique. Mainly I use this book to open up discussion about some of the feelings and thoughts adopted children have, what they gain from birth parents and adoptive parents, how both will always be connected to the child and the child to them, etc.
What I like about this book, and a couple of others, is that it acknowledges children who are adopted think about their birth parents and being adopted and it is okay to talk about their thoughts and feelings. I have had children begin to ask questions and share thoughts and parents have reported although they have opened up this topic with their children before this is the first time the child has shared his/her feelings and thoughts.
The only negative is that there are several pages which border on "sex education" and silly stuff about being in the womb. I feel this distracts from the point of the book, is not relevant and makes it necessary for me to consult with parents about this before the book can be used. Just one page about the birth parents creating a baby that grew inside the mother where it was safe, warm, etc. would have been been just as effective in getting across the information. And more discussion about feelings and thoughts would have made it excellent.
Overall the book serves the purpose I bought it for and will be used often.
