Difficult set-up
Includes both small and large wristbands. Despite being computer savvy, neither myself nor my brother-in-law have been able to sync the Fitbit Flex using the accompanying dongle (used with a laptop) nor with built-in bluetooth on a Kindle Fire. Frustrating! Worn for four days with no update to Fitbit app.
