I can never understand when people send things that are fragile that they’re not better wrapped. I ordered three bowls, and they were basically put in a box with a piece of brown packing paper in between each layer, as if the minute that somebody actually moved them and they climbed together. They weren’t going to break. One of three bowls arrived intact. Terrible packing terrible foresight and I’m really hoping to get a refund because of the lack of care and concern and packing

Seller said items (3) shipped. Then said they didnt and one was broken. I sent multiple emails asking about the other two. Requested a refund. No response. No refund. Now reporting to Ebay. Horrible seller.

We always keep communication with buyers every 24 hours. Ebay guarantees the item or a refund, period. We asked buyer how to proceed since the item was damaged, and in 24 hour they sent us 10 messages cause they could not wait 24 hours to get a reply (and the refund that is already processed btw). Classic desperate person who thinks we are replying messages 24 hours a day. Give us a break please...
