The product was delivered as promised, in good shape. However, I first had to reformat it to Windows from Mac. Since then, I have been unable to get it to sync with my ITunes library. Only by manually dragging and dropping individual albums am I able to transfer files to it. It may not be the fault of the unit, but I never this problem with my previous Gen 5.
