    The last item sold was to person that was completely unable to understand instructions. She is the one that should get negative review.
    We offered repairs or replacement if machine had any issue but she just had buyer remorse and wouldn’t cooperate in any way. Her money was refunded and note she put negative review before any offers to repair,replace or money back.
    If you deal with this customer Beware she is very dishonest.

      The GB4000 SR 4 arrived not in original packaging and was not brand new as described by the seller. Both CDs were missing. Seller posted the picture of the CDs on Ebay but they were not sent. One black wire was missing. The machine itself was defective. After the machine was correctly plugged in - the screen was blinking and kept turning itself off with message : Thermal Error because the wires were loose and flimsy. Seller didn't want to accept the return. I had to call Ebay Customer service.
