Easy to use - But ....
The reason I purchased this phone was because I had one and lost it. The phone I purchased is not the same quality as the first phone I had. Not sure if LG started to manufacture them differently, this one is just a lemon or if I just happened to purchase a knock off Lg phone. Battery life on initial phone was not great but lucky to get through a day with out phone battery dying now. If you use internet just plug it in because the battery will not stand up to internet use at all. Sometimes the screen will not conform from vertical to horizontal. A few times it has just frozen and I've had to take the battery out to reset. The charger I received with this phone was a joke. It lasted only 2 weeks before it died. Luckily I had the charger from the previous Ally I had and am currently using it. I love the larger screen and ease of the slide out texting keyboard. The way the buttons are raised and not totally flat help with quicker texting. I purchased a second LG Ally because I really liked the first one I had. Not sure why this one not up to par.
