Thank you Keith for your prompt action sending this item via Royal Mail sent first class and tracked . Should have been delivered on Tuesday however not received until Thursday not the fault of the sender but due to the disgusting service the Royal Mail is providing . When the sender has paid the top price for postage it is not acceptable for Royal mail to treat the parcel as not urgent. I have taken this up with Royal Mail. the item which was in very good condition and a great price
