Item never arrived. I wanted to cancel and wasn't able to cancel. Waited several days to hear from the seller, she then tell me she couldn't do the refund I had to wait for eBay. eBay then tells me that the seller has to do the refund. Now I'm out my money, my daughter doesn't have her toy, and she didn't have a gift from me on her birthday. 2 weeks later and I still don't have the toy or my money.
