I really wanted to use the product but can not afford another bill.
1 of 1 found this helpful I did not install the firestick as I was not aware that a monthly subscription was required when I purchased the product, This was only realalised when I was installing the device as I was prompted to open an account.

Very good and easy to use.
The product for me is very good, the only criticism I have is with the ordering process.
When asked to make a selection from say a 24 pack of product, lets say 4 x 6 of different essences, I have difficulty in finding what button to press, so as you get my order correct.
Sometimes it takes a note from you, with "make you selection" or something similar, so you finally get my order correct, May I make a suggestion, when ordering from your selection, why not have a box marked "Make Your Selection" when pressed will open up a screen to type in your selection.
Just a thought, other than this. all is perfectly OK.
