Device Failure

The original purchase came as described new in original packaged, worked Ok for about 6-8 hours and then failed. I am waiting for a replacement to arrive having returned the failed dongle. This has added a further $8.60 to the original price. Until I use the replacement I cannot honestly answer the three questions above. I have a 55" LG TV and the Dongle AN-WF100 is what is recommended in the owners manual, so do expect it to work.
