O.R.S Oral Rehydration Salt
1 of 1 found this helpful I experienced a bout of de-hydration several weeks ago which left me feeling weak and often dizzy in the mornings.
I searched the internet and found that O.R.S rehydration salts were highly recommended so i purchased these from
ebay. After taking the salts for several days my symptoms disappered and i was back to my usual self.
The rehydration salts are very effective and pleasant to the taste.
