Effective and long lasting
1 of 1 found this helpful I use the patch for an arthritic knee and back pain. I cut off the amount I need for whatever ails me at the time. Whilst the patch will burn after a while it is tolerable and I find it beneficial in controlling both muscle and knee pain. The patch lasts for hours. Be warned though that if you take the patch off just before a bath it will sting.
Have also used the patch on a sore back and it is very effective.
I have used other patches and about every cream known to man. But this patch is superior to all of them.
I experimented with how much of the patch to use. Sometimes a small amount is still helpful. To keep the patch on my leg I use a paper tape to hold it on as my clothes tend to pull the patch off.
If you have muscle or arthritic pain I believe that the patch is the best on the market to alleviate that pain. I hope others find this review helpful
