After the one incident all sold cards will now be shipped in a protective sleeve! I realized the sturdy envelope and the do not bend stamp that the postal worker stamped in the envelope is not safe enough!

Card was bent (less than badly, but more than slightly) because it was not shipped in a card protector. I think a $4 shipping fee should cover card protector and an envelope. Seller blamed postal service and said they haven't had a complaint. They also said they don't put cards in protector if it is less than $20. They did not offer replace, return, partial or whole refund. I would not buy from them again.

I would have refunded him if he just ask! he message me and i apologized for usps not handling his package right and was going to go thru with whatever process he wanted. Instead this buyer just assume i would not do refund and left me this feedback! But because of him now i send all cards i sold with a card protector! So he gave me a good lesson after all
