Seller was uncooperative, forcing me to use eBay's guarantee to return it for a refund. WARNING: The seller has now relisted the same used phone, misrepresenting it as "new" yet again! Putting a heavily used phone back into its box does not make it an "Open Box: An item in excellent, new condition with no wear." How can people like this live with themselves?!!
