Good workout.
It is a good exercise guide for getting in physical condition. Most of the movements can be used by older adults. However, I don't believe that it can be considered as a remedy for all ailments. Being in good physical condition can eliminate a lot of problems and lead to a healthy life. It is a good reference guide and pretty easy to follow with all the pictures and explanations of exercise. After all is said and done, not a bad book.
