I wish to post photos. I requested a cancelation. It was confirmed by eBay. Seller then ignored that message- 2 days later I received an email from seller saying I need to email him to confirm the cancelation that I had already requested??? Then another 2 days later I receiyed an email saying sorry we don't have that color please order a new color. Seller ignored cancelation and when item was out of stock he still proceeded to bypass my request to cancel and send something i didn't order. Fraud

I received a faulty Samsung S10e phone with a dysfunctional camera. I exchanged numerous emails with the seller, who didnt want to take the camera back, even though it was mentioned "Free Returns". It cost me $60 to fix the camera, and I was repaid only $30 for it. Moreover while the camera was being fixed, we saw that it was no an open box item as claimed in the description, but something was repaired and glued in so badly that the back cover had to be broken. I have lost faith in ebay itself.

The back casing was received in pristine condition. It was well packaged to prevent damage as well. The cover comes with the adhesive strip already attached for easy closing of the phone after repairs. Thanks @kennylee1978.

UNTRUSTWORTHY SELLER !!! Marks the Order as sent then 9 days later tells me the items was not sent and the colour Ordered is not available - offering to send an alternative colour....Then 23 days after purchase - tells me they do not have the item at all. :- ABSOLUTE SCAMMING LOW LIFE !!!

Per il costo contenuto il tel. si presenta esteticamente come nuovo. Perfettamente funzionante. Unico problema che dopo un po' il Note 20 non rilevava più la S-Pen. Presentato il problema il rivenditore molto gentilmente mi ha risposto il giorno dopo e mi ha inviato nuova pennetta originale che funziona perfettamente. Raccomandato con i miei ringraziamenti per la prontezza a rispondere.
