  Order process was easy. Goods were as described. Package was sent untracked and ended up being delivered to my neighbours back lane driveway instead of to our address and was not discovered by my neighbour for a couple of days. The package was soaked in the rain by then. Luckily the item I ordered was not fragile or easily affected by water as it was hand putty in plastic containers.

  Product was posted without tracking and failed to arrive past the due date. I contacted the seller who said they'd get back to me. Didn't hear back so I contacted them again, they said the package had been delivered (still not received) so I opted through eBay, to have the order resent at the seller's expense. The seller asked me to close the original order so he could open a new one (doing this would have made it difficult to get a refund apparently) so at this point I opted for the refund.
