I reached out to the seller but received no response. I had to open a case with eBay, where the seller falsely claimed the item had been shipped and packed properly, which was untrue. After I explained this in the case, the seller stopped responding altogether. eBay refunded me, not the seller. Extremely irresponsible and unprofessional. Avoid this seller at all costs
