Small, useful, walk-around lens
1 of 1 found this helpful This a very useful small lens with sufficient sharpness and zoom range. It focuses quickly and is relatively quiet. I purchased this for its convenience and ease the "burden" of the f2.8 pro 12-40mm.

Complicates life!
This a well made, solid lens hood. Screws into the lens smoothly. Problem is the Olympus lens cap does not fit through the hood. You also have to choose between having a protective filter mounted OR the lens hood. The manufacturer should have machined 37mm screws into the hood.

batteries are a good value, The cahrger is of little value. There is no indicator of full charge, and no cut
Batteries are a good value, The charger is of little value. There is no indicator of full charge, and no cut off so you have to approximate and pull the batteries whe you think its time.
