Purchased frames, seller said there was an upcharge for reading lenses and charged in a separate listing for that. Later, seller said that they didn't have frames in stock and tried to swap out frames for 7+ days even though I wanted a refund. Seller had a delayed response saying that they couldn't refund because I needed to make a request. Though seller marked the item as shipped (but never had frames in stock), I couldn't file a claim through eBay until after a month? long wait period. AWFUL!!
