I was very disappointed and they are expensive to replace. I contacted the seller and they were very quick to respond. They agreed to give me a partial refund for the broken bowl but that has never come through.

Sony DCR-DVD 301 CAMCORDER
Awesome Camcorder, Easy to use.. Couldn't ask for more.
I purchased this for my husband since I already have one
and he absolutely loves it. I also like the HD wide lenses
you can also buy for it.

Nice Camcorder
I give this camcorder 5 stars. I got a really good deal on it, and it is a wonderful machine to have. All I can say is convenience. The mini dvds are wonderful to have.
