New "defective" remote
1 of 1 found this helpful I can not get this remote to pair with the Fire TV or Fire Stick. I have followed all instructions for pairing. Even new batteries that were first tested with a voltmeter to be sure they were good. They have sent me a new defective remote and I would like to return it.
