GREAT BOOK! You won't regret reading Children of the Light
This is an amazing work. It not only covers the 1871 Arctic disaster but also much of the cultural context at play with the Inuit at the time, but also a great amount of detail regarding whaling in general and the environment itself that is artfully presented..
