Poetic Case Boots Phone into 'Safe Mode'
This cover did not work on my Samsung Galaxy A10e phone. The button for 'Volume Down' did not transmit the impulse to the phone & there was no function of the Volume Down on my phone. Consequently this booted my phone into 'Safe Mode' which limited use of most of my apps. I spent an entire weekend trying to get the phone out of 'Safe Mode.' Instructions for doing this indicated that volume down button was necessary the get out of Safe Mode & if this did not work then the Volume Down button must be broken on my phone. Then I checked Volume Down & found there was no function. When I removed the case Safe Mode disappeared simultaneously & I found there to normal function on the Volume Down button on my phone.

Roku Ultra Streaming Player (4K UHD)
1 of 1 found this helpful This product is far superio to the previous Roku Streaming Stick I was using. This new one is 2018 model (#4661R), is 4K, and operates flawleswsly. It has an excellent picture.
