A Classic
This classic Time Management book does not capture all the contemporary technology tools we now have but it does capture the essence of trying to manage one's time. Beginning with "Making Changes" and "Where to Start" the reader is asked to do some self-analysis. Then, topics such as Meetings, Interruptions, Planning, Procrastination, not enough staff, and Travel are addressed. There are charts and tables to develop strategies for your own time management. No doubt about it, time management take TIME and it requires a person to change how things have previously been done. This book is worthy of consideration and although I have not embraced all the methods, I see value in giving this a read.
