good chair
1 of 1 found this helpful Comfortable chair the seat, arm and back rest is leather with some nice cushioning, the metal arm rests are fixed to both the seat/back rest. The only thing that can be adjusted is the height. the gas piston is metal and the base is some type of polymer plastic, but the wheels are not the best of quality that is my only complaint.
Unfortunately for me my chairs piston had no gas and i was unable to adjust the height. After contacting mytopiastore using ebays complaint system. Tthe following day they replied saying that they would sent out a replacement no questions asked, other than confirming the make and model to ensure i would get the right part.
over all i am pleased with the chair looks and functions along with how mytopiastore resolved the faulty component. 4 starts for the chair and 5 for their service.
