Decent price to start. However, the seller offered "or best offer" as a buying option but wouldn't accept offers even if they were within $1 of the starting price. Very stingy. Also the box was claimed as "new" but was torn open before it arrived.

2) I have free returns on all my items. I apologize if item arrived in a different condition - item was sealed in plastic wrap when it shipped.
