  I cant leave a negative or neutral strike for this because the Item was as described however this seller charged $6.98 for shipping in a letter sized envelope with .60 cent stamp.

  NOT NEW as advertised - a USED toy with worn battery put back LOOSE into the box without the original packaging. It was purchased as a NEW Christmas gift and arrived a day before Christmas without time to replace. The child got a USED toy while his brother got a NEW truck from another seller. Seller was away on vacation when purchased (no notice of this when purchased) so shipping was almost a week later. NO response from seller when contacted about the USED condition.

  This buyer was a nightmare from the beginning! I wasn't away on "vacation", I had a family emergency happen! This buyer was extremely nitpicky from day 1. The item I sold was new but open box so i could take pictures. This toy was NEVER used nor played with, the only thing missing was the Styrofoam insert. The condition proves it was never used and I posted PLENTY of pictures. I should've cancelled the order when my "vacation" happened but I was trying to honor my sale. Talk about a Mr. Grinch!!

  I stand by my truthful comments. It's sad that a seller cannot be accountable and take responsibility for his actions and comments of being on vacation for reason of shipping delay during the Christmas season. The toy had scuff marks, used batteries and no original packaging inside a worn box. I've been a highly reputable seller on eBay for over 25 years and it pains me to see sellers like this tarnish buying experiences on eBay. His lack of response to my concern earned him his feedback rating.
